Here's some of our most frequently asked questions!
1. Will a doctor review my labs?
- Yes! Our physician on staff is Dr. Thomas Frederico. He reviews all labs and writes prescriptions based on the patients needs.
2. Why do I need labs and how often will I need them?
- Yes! Revitalize MD takes a wholistic approach to treating our clients. We have found the best outcome is to see the big picture from labs. Then we would retest, compare and make needed adjustments.
3. Do you take insurance?
- We do not...however, we do accept HSA cards.
4. Do you treat women?
- We absolutely do! We have many currently on the program that have found great success!
5. Where does my prescription come from?
- We use one of our trusted pharmacies located in either Ga or Fl.
6. What does is cost and is it a contract?
- Price varies depending on if you are male, female or a serviceman. This is a montly contract that can be cancelled 30 days after you notify us via email. (Nicole@RevitalizeHealthMD.com)
